Unfortunately, we’ve had to implement more stringent measures because students keep missing their return dates, thereby hindering others.
Not returning your rented equipment in time (without prior notice) will thusly result in a penalty to your account and a suspension from the WdKA.Rental services. This means that you will not be allowed to use the equipment for the duration of your suspension. Please see the table below for the consequences of a transgression.

| > 5 days late | Four points to your account | Rental ban until the end of school year. |
| > 12 days late | Five points to your account | Full ban until graduation and your department’s head teacher will be contacted. |
Please understand that these points are cumulative. This means that they will be added on top of the points already to your account.
For example: Say you were a day late in January of this year. This got you 1 penalty point to your account, and you were therefore suspended from the WdKA.Rental for two weeks. Now you were late one day again, in May. This gets you another (1) penalty point to your account, but because the points are cumulative you will be suspended for three weeks because your total number of points is now 2. Keep this in mind, because once your total number of penalty points exceeds 5 you will be banned until graduation.
