After Hours Pick-Up

IMPORTANT
This service is still in a very early stage of development, meaning that full implementation of the service is not complete yet. Please read the information below carefully and keep this in mind when requesting an After Hours Pick-Up.

Do you need equipment but you can’t come by during the usual opening hours (09:00 – 16:00, all weekdays)?

Don’t worry, we got you! As of 10/05/2021 the WdKA.Rental will start a pilot with an After Hours Pick-up service, so you can still get your equipment outside of the 09:00 – 16:00 daily window.


How does it work?

Request your equipment in the same way as you would do normally. During check-out check ‘Yes’ under ‘Request AHPU’ and check out your entire request. After approval by the WdKA.Rental we will provide you with a four-digit PIN code with which you can open your assigned locker (Vault #01, #02, or #03) in the space adjacent to the WdKA.Rental.

Rules & Limitations

As we’re running a pilot with the After Hours Pick-Up, we have a few limitations as to the use of the service; please read them carefully.

  • We only have three lockers available, which means that at any given date we can only help 3 students through them.
  • Depending on the request we may not be able to fill the entire order. Reasons for this can range from broken equipment to a lack of returns. We will obviously notify you beforehand if the pick-up order is incomplete.
  • Additional help or instruction cannot be provided to you.
  • Returns cannot be done through the AHPU, you have to return equipment physically at the WdKA.Rental.
  • Not picking up your request at the given date will mean that we will void your order the next day and return all equipment to the inventory.
